Return Policy
Items must be returned within 15 days to receive a full refund less shipping charges. We suggest if an item is to be returned, sufficient insurance to cover the value of the item be purchased from the shipper in the event of loss or damage in shipping. Items that have been worn will not be accepted for refund. If a jewelry box is provided with the order by Larmis, Inc., the cost of the box has been built into the price of the jewelry item. If the jewelry box is not returned
with the jewelry item, $5.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the box.
Gold Products
The U.S. National Gold and Silver Marking Act stipulates that the fineness of gold items shall not be less by more than three one-thousandth parts of the finess indicated by the mark stamped or engraved. All products produced and sold by Larmis, Inc. are made to the highest quality standards and comply fully with this requirement.
The Karat System
The gold content of a jewelry item is expressed as karat. Pure gold is 24 karat fine gold. An item that is 18 karat is eighteen twenty-fourths or 75% pure gold mixed with other metals. Our gold products are 14 karat, which is fourteen twenty-fourths or 58% pure gold.
Sterling Silver
Our silver products are made of sterling silver. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. Pure silver is not used in our products because silver is soft and not practical to be used for jewelry. Therefore, silver is mixed with copper and other metals to form a durable "sterling silver".
Shipping
All of our orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex. The charge for shipping is the amount we pay, which includes insurance sufficient to cover replacement of the item. There is no handling charge added to orders.
Privacy
We all value our privacy. Larmis, Inc. does not and will not sell or give out names, e-mail addresses, or contact information relating to our customers.
